Orders

— All ceramics are handmade and therefore the received item may differ slightly from the original image.

— All prices are in USD.

Shipping

— Shipping is available in North America via Canada Post.

— Ceramics shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25, plus $5 for each additional item. Please select “Ceramics Shipping” at checkout.

— If purchasing an Acyrlic Switchplate please choose “Switchplate Shipping” at checkout.

— If purchasing ceramics and a switchplate, please select “Ceramics Shipping” at checkout.

— If international shipping is required please contact me at hello@lindseyhampton.com with your mailing address and I can provide a shipping cost for you.

— All orders will be processed within 7 business days.

— Tracking info will be provided on all orders in Canada/US.

— Local pickup is available in Vancouver, please select this option at checkout, and email me (hello@lindseyhampton.com) to arrange a time.

Packaging

— All orders are packaged plastic-free (plastic shipping sleeves may be used by Canada Post). Recycled paper, single-faced corrugated cardboard and cellulose tape are used to protect ceramics. Please reuse packaging when possible and properly recycle the rest.


Returns

— All orders are final sale.

— Care has been taken to ensure that fragile items have been packaged properly to avoid breakage, however, from time to time accidents happen. If you should receive your shipment damaged please contact me with a photo of the item within 5 days of delivery. A replacement, credit or refund will be made based upon availability and the piece in question.
